2016 Spartan West Park 5k results
First home in the JSAC 5k at West Park on Tuesday evening out of a field of 16 runners was Jamie Barker in 17 mins 49 secs. Romanian Alex Serdenciuc was second in 18-49 followed by Poland’s David Slonina in third in 20-47.
Rebecca Tinnelly was the first woman home in 21-17. Joanna Murphy was second in 22.50 and Andrea Marnoch took third place in 28-17.
The next JSAC event is the annual 10 mile Andy Coughlan memorial race from Big Vern’s on the Five Mile Road to West Park at 9am on Sunday 1st May.
