Bryce Alford has recently been in contact with Mukasa Edward, a school teacher and athletics coach in Uganda.
Since these initial conversations the idea has grown in seeking ways to provide the young Ugandan athletes with kit they would otherwise not be able to afford.
As well as the remaining t shirts from the Half Marathon donated by the Club we would be grateful for any running shoes and athletics clothing you would like to pass on to the cause.
Donations can be made at the clubhouse during next week’s training sessions as we are hoping to send the parcel to Uganda the week beginning the 18th of December.
