Thomas Roehier Javelin Masterclass 2-3 Dec 2017

The first week of December saw four Spartan athletes and Cat Hallden, one of our throws coaches attend a weekend masterclass at Loughborough University, hosted by Thomas Roehier the 2016 Olympic Javelin Champion.

This was a fantastic opportunity to receive coaching from one of the top throwers in the world today.  All attendees took away new skills and ideas from the weekend and were in agreement that this was a very informative and worthwhile event to attend.
