Jersey Spartan Half Marathon is a friendly community event which is open to runners of all abilities. The course operates under a IAAF measurement used for the Island Games. The race is the most southerly half marathon in the British Isles and is held on tarmac roads, see the full route here.
For the first time the Half Marathon can be run as an individual or by Relay team. The 3 person Relay must complete approximately 4.3 miles with changeover points at St Martin School and Seymour Pub and is fabulous stepping stone event for parkrunners.
The Fun Run has a 1k version based at the playing fields for Primary School children and a 3k loop on the Roads around the Golf course aimed at Secondary age Juniors and Adults wishing to run in fancy dress with their family.
