This is a multi-event competition primarily for junior athletes, from school year 4 and above.
Athletes are required to compete in a sprint, long distance run, throw and LJ and points are accumulated in each event. The top three scorers are given gold, silver and bronze medal and everyone gets a certificate with their points total.
There will also be open graded events for older athletes: Senior Hurdles, 300m/400m and 1500m for this event.
