No session on Thursday for Endurance Group 4th, 11th & 18th October

Dear Parents and athletes,

This week and for the next 2 weeks there is no Thursday session. I am away due to work and then a holiday and the 2 other assistant coaches are covering the Tuesday session where the numbers are higher.
