36 brave runners set out for a 10k road race from Les Laveurs in drizzly, wet and windy conditions on Sunday 18th February. First home was Dominic Maher who, like all the other runners, finished in a bedraggled, wet state! The first 3k out to Le Braye had been into a strong head wind. Runner Jackie Davis commented after the race “it was tough conditions but a fantastic course.” Ellen Barr was pleased with her performance and won the run of the day award. The next road race is a 15km event at 9am from Les Laveurs car park, St Ouen on Sunday 4th March.
