The club held its first 5k race of the year on Tuesday 17, but due standing water across the promenade and cycle track at Bel Royal, it was necessary to make a late adjustment to the course.
64 runners took part in the event and in a close finish Bradley Andrews Callec just held off Caspar Whitewood and Ed Carney to win the race. Isla Hall was the first female competitor home in an impressive 19.10, ahead of Seaena Silvester and Brooke Lidster.
