The third race in the 2017/2018 JSAC cross country series, sponsored again by Advisa Financial Advisors.

Third race takes place at Trinity Manor, at 1:15pm, Junior and Senior athletes

All runners from previous events please bring your number with you. All NEW competitors will be issued with a Race Number –

For Juniors the signing on / registration & number collection starts from 12:30 pm and closes at 1:00 pm for Under 9 to Under 11 category.

FIRST JUNIOR UNDER 9 GIRLS RACE STARTS AT 1:15 PM followed by U9 Boys and Under 11 races. Medals and spot prizes will be awarded after each race.

Please arrive with plenty of time before your race to allow time for check in, walking the course and a warm up.

PARKING IS ONLY AT TRINITY FOOTBALL PITCH, TRINITY PRIMARY SCHOOL OR THE RJAHS SITE AS PER MAP so allow extra 5 to 10 minutes to walk up to the Manor which is adjacent to Road as you walk towards

The details of the Timetable and scheduled distance for the Cross Country are as follows. This is subject to the discretion of the organiser on the day when marking the course.

1:15 PM Under 9 GIRLS 1000 mtrs 1 short loop

1:25pm Under 9 BOYS 1000 mtrs 1 short loop

1:40pm Under 11 GIRLS 1600 mtrs 1 intermediate loop

1:55 pm Under 11 Boys 1600 mtrs 1 intermediate loop

2:15 pm Under 13 through to Seniors Race

(Under 13 B & G to run 1 full lap – 2.35 k) (Under 15 ‘s and Under 17 W & Short Course B League to run 2 full laps 4.7k ) Under 17 M & Everyone else 3 full laps
