We have many activities on offer for various age groups and abilities throughout the year.

If you are not already a member we hope that you'll consider becoming one:

In the Summer (approximately March through to October) training sessions are nearly every Sunday morning at the FB Fields from 9.30 am to 11.00 am.  Please try to arrive 5 or 10  minutes so that we can get the sessions underway on time. Winter sessions take place at Langford Sports Hall, Mont Millais,

Newcomers do not need to become Members of the Club immediately - try a few sessions first and if athletics is something you want to continue with - then we encourage you to join - click here for a Membership Form: membershipapplicationform but do note that to enter any competitions you must be a Member of the Club.

In the summer please ensure all Minis have a plastic bottle of water, sun-cream already on, and a cap if necessary.

We vary each session from week to week, and so in most sessions Minis will normally do training for 3 or 4, which may be: sprints, distance (600m), long jump, high jump, relays, hurdles, cricket-ball throws - and maybe some others thrown in.
