'Minis' -slightly confusingly! - refers to all boys and girls who are in years 3, 4 and 5 as of 1st March, but who will go up to years 4, 5 and 6 in September (start of the new school term). The focus is on fitness, fun and improving technique, and encouraging everybody to become involved in athletics; it doesn't matter if those at sessions are 'serious' athletes, or just trying to get fit and have fun, or trying to improve personal style and ability - everyone is welcome. There is only one thing we ask of any minis attending the sessions - please listen to the coaches! All coaches are voluntary and all training and organisation is done in coaches own time.
