Just one week to go and I hope everyone is feeling fit and healthy.
For those of you who have not yet entered you can still do at the Mayfair Hotel where we will taking entries up to and including Saturday 19th.
We are at the Mayfair at the following times :-
Thursday 16.00 - 19.00
Friday 12.00 - 19.00
Saturday 14 - 19.00
Any problems regarding entries either pop down and see one of the team at the Mayfair or you can contact me on 07797 731770.

Just a fortnight to go and about 200 entries so far . We would like to see a larger field if possible so please get your entries in.
If for any reason you are not running but would like to be involved we need more marshalls so please volunteer your services by contacting Christine Ritchie on 07797 774109 or on 855535.

Hi everyone ,
Less than 4 weeks to go now & we hope that everyones training is going to plan.
We have over 130 entries in so far but would like as big a field as possible so please spread the word & encourage friends to enter.

Hi All
Hope your training is going well and no with no injuries, only 5 weeks to go so still time to get some quality training in.
The entries will now be in the sports shops and you can also entre on line via

Also if you are an overseas runner and require information as to where to stay, Modern Hotels, one of our sponsors are offering a package deal for all runners, which includes transport from the Hotel to and from the race.
